I was starting to feel like this summer has been really rough, and in some regards it has. Wes' side of the family has had three major losses with Ma passing in February, his Uncle passing in June, and then Pa on the 4th of July. (I've learned I'm not very good at crying and singing at the same time during funerals.) But when I loaded all of my pictures to my laptop I saw that we've actually had a pretty wonderful summer, considering. We've spent a lot of time with family and friends, and still have four more weeks to go.
