Corinne's heart

I just love Corinne so much. She has a huge heart. She cracks me up constantly and has a way about her that just melts my heart. She was telling me a story today and I was just staring at her, wishing I could freeze her in time with her adorable little voice and big brown eyes. She was so animated and sincere. We are really so lucky to have her in our family.

Her last day of preschool was last week and she decided to make friendship bracelets for her friends. She and I put beads on bracelets for about 2 hours before her preschool picnic, because she couldn't just make a few. She didn't want anyone to feel sad, so she made one for everyone. She put them all in individual envelopes with their names on them and her name on the front. She put them in her Barbie suitcase, and wheeled it onto the playground. She was so excited to hand them out to everyone. And it just made me proud and a little choked up to see her sweet little heart reach out that way. A few kids didn't show up and she said, "When I see them in Mrs. Cindy's class, I'll give it to them."

I love her so much.

They are so funny. Taylor taking a pic of Corinne..
We named him Obby. The girls wanted to bring him home, but he ran away too fast.

I don't really know whose baby this is, but he sure liked having his picture taken. Photogenic little guy at Corinne's last day of preschool picnic.

Man, I love photography. A friend of mine asked me to photograph her daughter and whole family of 10 on graduation day. The group pictures turned out AWESOME, even with 10 people. And the solo pics of her daughter were beautiful. I was pretty happy with how they all turned out.

Even the dog smiled.

Me, taking pictures.

A trip to hurricane harbor after school.

Taylor made this for Corinne. "I love you when I'm tall. I love you when I'm short. I love you even if I'm a dork."

My little photographer, Taylor, took this.

Taylor took this too.

Our girl scouts at the ballet, "Ever After." The girls had so much fun and loved it! Never thought they'd sit through a 3 act ballet.

First trip to the dentist. She was awesome.
Another card from Taylor to Corinne. "You are cool. You are smart. You are amazing. I love you."

I taught Taylor how to do the cup game. She has such a sweet voice, but she refused to sing with me. But she's obsessed with this game and loves to do it with me.

Taylor was taking a shower and dictating a story to Corinne, who was "writing" it down in her journal. They will be a fierce team one day. Maybe sister screen writers.
